Care Management Associates (CMA) is a division of Connecticut Community Care, Inc.,  (CCCI) a private, not-for-profit care management organization with offices in Connecticut.

For over 25 years, CCCI has served the needs of the elderly and adults with disabilities, and has helped more than 70,000 individuals live safely and independently at home. 

The professional nurse and social services care managers of the CMA Home Team are trained to look at our clients’ full range of needs, from caregiving to housekeeping, from medical to financial.  Referrals are received directly from family members, friends, physicians, attorneys, bank trust officers, financial planners, nurses, social workers, probate judges, and many others.
