The search for resources to fit the varied needs of an elder or loved one with disabilities can be a stressful and time-consuming process.  The Home Team is available by telephone or for an office consultation to discuss eldercare resources and the range of available services for those who need support to live safely and independently in their own homes or in an alternative living situation.  They can also discuss strategies for families and caregivers dealing with unique challenges, provide caregiver resources, and help mediate family differences.
